Tutorial:
H1 - Beginner course:
Everyday 9:00am-11:00am, 7:00pm- 9:00pm
H2 - Intermediate course:
Every Monday, Thursday and Saturday 10:00am- 12:00pm
H3 - Profession training program:
Every Wednesday and Friday, 8:30pm- 10:00pm

Coached by Ann Morgan and experienced coaches.
With combination of yoga and meditation.
